Lawyers’ fees and honoraria are regulated by the Lawyers’ professional fee.
It is possible to download the following files:
- Lawyers' professional fee 2004 (Ministerial decree by the Ministry of Justice n. 127, 8 April 2004) entered into force on the 2nd of June 2004;
- Lawyers' professional fee 1994 (Ministerial decree by the Ministry of Justice n. 585, 5 October 1994), to be applied to activities carried out until the 1st of June 2004.
Public accountants’ fees are regulated by the professional fee.
